Leadership is one of the four Hallmarks (or building blocks) of Phi Theta Kappa. Student members are encouraged to develop their leadership skills through workshops and hands on experience. Those wishing to learn more about leadership are provided opportunities to develop these skills by serving at the Chapter, Regional, and International levels.
